Prior to creating Lime, Frankie was the Head of Human Resources Development and Talent Development of a Fortune 500 Corporation. He also spent a few years with an external consultancy as a management consultant. He has been engaging himself in uncovering people’ potentials for over 18 years. He respects diversity, values uniqueness and helps discover possibilities.
Frankie earned a MSc Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Land Management from HK PolyU.
